Eating well can be simple - a good prieve of Salmon - 20 minutes at 180 deg C in the oven or in Weber grill ... some potato salad .... some greens with a bit of dressing ... and s good glass of Pinot Gris. The perfect sports meal for me !! life is to short to eat tasteless stuff.
